Please plan to attend, your input is important.  If you cannot attend would you please complete and sign the proxy form and return it to Lowell Breckon.  Should it happen that you can attend, the form will then be set aside.     You may name the Company President, Lowell Breckon,   or any other Shareholder in good standing to vote your share.. 

All current Shareholders are considered to be in good  standing.
